Month-Of Package   

Available up to four weeks ahead from the wedding date for a basic level of service coordination at a “full service” venue. This package was created for couples who have done all of the legwork for their wedding but need someone to review all the wedding details to ensure everyone is on the same page, distribute final information to vendors, facilitate the rehearsal, and show up on the wedding day to make sure everything runs smooth.

**This package is offered on a case-by-case basis no more than six months prior to the event date (Not every wedding is applicable for this basic level of service).

Core Package 

Available up to three (3) months ahead from the wedding date for a basic level of service coordination at a “full service” venue. This package was created for couples who have done most of the legwork for their wedding but need assistance with a few remaining items and organizing the day of. Together we will do a comprehensive review of all your information to make sure all your “I’s” are dotted and “T’s” are crossed. We will be there for your rehearsal and on the wedding day to make sure they are smooth, timely, and stress free. We offer our services at three months because that is the minimum amount of time we feel is the most beneficial to you to take the best care of assisting you in the final planning phase for your wedding day.

Book End Package 

This package was created for couples who want to be involved in the wedding planning process, but need help getting started, a safety-net along the way, and comprehensive coordination on their rehearsal and wedding day. This package is also best suited for those couples planning a wedding in an abbreviated amount of time who may be running a bit behind with getting all the planning details in order. This package includes vendor guidance and recommendations as well as basic design guidance. We offer direction in your decision-making processes and help organize of all of the details for your wedding day so you don’t have to.

For those couples who are more design focused and want (or require) an elaborate transformation of space(s), we offer an upgraded “Book End + Design” package that includes comprehensive design assistance.

Golden Package 

This is our most comprehensive wedding coordination package. This package is perfect for couples who don’t have much time to spend planning and organizing all the necessary details of their wedding and don’t want to stress themselves over the entire wedding planning process. We will act as the gate keeper between you and your vendors thus limiting a large influx of emails in your inbox.  This package is best suited for couples who prefer a more simplistic event design.  We’ll be with you every step of the way from start to finish, giving you peace of mind so you can relax and enjoy your engagement!

 

For more design-focused couples, we offer the Golden Package + Design Package.

Golden Package + Design

This is our most comprehensive full-service wedding coordination package for those couples who need help pulling a lavish, cohesive design together. This package is best suited for couples who don’t have much time to spend planning, designing, and organizing all the necessary details of their wedding. We’ll be with you every step of the way from start to finish, giving you peace of mind so you can relax and enjoy your engagement!

Consulting

Some couples or clients may not require a planner at this time but would love to run a few ideas by a professional to get their thoughts or perhaps want the opportunity to ask a few questions they are having trouble finding answers to. This is where "consulting" may be beneficial. Consulting sessions are typically offered on an hourly basis as needed.
